The apartment has absolutely everything you need: iron, ironing board, plenty of sets of fresh white towels, and so much more for a truly comfortable stay. 🚗 We arrived by car, and having a dedicated parking spot was a game-changer - it saves a lot of money and gives you peace of mind about your vehicle’s safety. 🧼 The apartment is spotlessly clean, especially the bathroom and toilets. We traveled with a young child, so cleanliness was a top priority for us - and it exceeded our expectations. 📋 The hosts have thought of everything: clear instructions, video guides on how to check in, use the keys, and operate the parking. Zero stress from the moment we arrived. Simply put — 100 out of 10.

Preis Leistung perfekt 👌 freundlicher Vermieter 👍 Positive: Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht und mehr, es war alles sehr sauber, genügend Handtücher Pflege Produkte und ausreichend Toilettenpapier vorhanden. Straßenbahn direkt vor der Tür unten im Gebäude ist ein Lidl, die Tiefgarage ist auch super ! Das Treppenhaus ist ebenfalls sauber und Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern. Der Kontakt zu Niko lief nur schriftlich aber er war unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit, Großes Lob und Danke dafür! Im Übrigen waren alle Wiener durchweg sehr freundlich ! Negative: Um das ganze noch besser zu machen empfehlen wir darauf zu achten das die Vorhänge richtig eingehängt sind mache Häkchen sind rausgegangen und wirkt dann schnell unordentlich, außerdem würde ich den Wasserhahn im WC richtig befestigen und toll wären für die Terrassenstühle ein paar Sitzkissen da diese aus Metall sind, ist es etwas kalt und unbequem aber dass bricht dem Ganzen keinen Zacken aus der Krone sind nur Kleinigkeiten, ist eine schöne Unterkunft für 2 Personen!
